| CHARGE POLICY |
- Check out time 12:00 pm.
- Check in time 14:00 pm.
- Charge for occupying apartment till 18:00 is 50% on rate and after 18:00 is full rate.
- Charge for extra bed 20% on rate
- 30% deposit is required for confirming a reservation.
- Rates are per night per apartment up to 4 people.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
- No charge for cancellations 21 days or more prior to arrival date.
- For cancellations within the 21 days prior arrival charge 50% of cost for agreed stay.
- For cancellations during stay, charge cancellation fee of 50% of remaining stay.
